Hey …
I get the ANGER & FRUSTRATION
But bad language won’t get you anywhere with a Co.
They’ll just shut you down … as being disrespectful
Which lit looks like they did = NO REFUND
PS … See you are a fairly new RFD Member
So you should be aware of the following … the Forums Posting Rules (link shown at top of every page )
Bad language isn’t tolerated here either
So I expect The Mods may edit / close this thread on you

The multiple requests to upload photos and other proof are part of the scam. The seller is trying to wear you out so you give up and/or convince AE that you haven't provided acceptable proof so that they close the dispute in their favour.
That happened to me with a power bank that wouldn't take a charge (was at 0% and stayed there.) I finally had to take photos of the power bank connected to a USB charger with a USB tester showing no current draw, taken at intervals, before AE accepted my argument that the power bank was DOA. I was lucky that I got most of the $15 I paid back. But it took several weeks and a lot of my time to get there.
Unfortunately with these sorts of disputes you're at AE's mercy. The sellers know that, and they know how best to steer AE in their direction. That's why I won't buy anything that's valued at more than $50 tops from AE, i.e. no more than I'm prepared to lose. That goes especially for more complex electronics like a smartphone.

if you shipped back the item with tracking, why not ask your credit card to charge back?

What i forgot to say about this case and why i became with word the way it goes its because for the entire process live chat was helping me and when alishit saw it they cut me off having the chat option! So all ive got was email from alishit saying there is a update or case number 384774 ... i coulndt reply to that email so the only communication i had was the option to was the history proof llol

never buy anything more then $50 off ailexpress they don't have your back and will out right let sellers scam u.
even when they claim the seller has to pay the return shipping when the seller ghost u and don't provide the shipping aliexpress won't step in and do anything.
if u must buy stuff from china your much better of paying a little more and getting it off ebay. ebay 100% backs u up and if the seller don't provide the return label ebay will step in and find the case in your favour and tell just toss the item out.
