I'm happy to say that purspirit is well worth going to see all the deals they offer through the week. Since their new location started everything has just been ten times better than the old location. The staff are also all incredibly friendly and talkative if you want them to be. If you wanna be taken care of professionally these are your people.

Beautiful location with excellent indoor and outdoor esthetic. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and assist their patrons with quality customer service and fast drive-thru. Go inside. I recommend you even go out of your way to visit this location for the experience alone. You won't be disappointed.

This crew is in the know 🫒 🌿.My Elderly Mother with physical disability and chronic pain had several good questions about daily use: day/active evening/relaxing and nighttime/sleep, as well as comparisons of strands and hybrids, gummies and flower.The courteous attendant 5 ⭐ was ever so helpful, and even well versed in knowledge of diverse brands they offer.

Knowledgeable staff. I literally tell them how I want to feel, and they get it right every time. The product is top notch. They offer rewards points. Easy to use app.

Last time this old gal will shop at Puraspirit. It used to be a nice energetic group of people from the the time you walked in till you finished your shopping. Always SMILES! Today I went in to "shop". There was no one in there. I felt pressured to make up my mind. Folks need to lighten up when folks are dropping hundreds per pop in there business. I'll take my business elsewhere. A SMILE GOES A LONG WAY!

I have to give a big shout out to an employee named Robert. He is always very knowledgeable and a tremendous help when I want to venture out to try new things. I fully trust his judgement (even when it cost me a few extra dollars) because I know at the end of the day, I’m going to be happy with what I got. Everyone at this location is Great but Robert and most recently Chance have never steered me wrong. Thanks for the great experience!

The budtenders are very knowledgeable, and really strive to make sure you leave with the very best thing for your needs. It's always a positive, chill experience.

Shopped here for 3 years, once a month religiously. It's so awesome to buy an OZ of water leaves for 100.00! Wth? 2nd photo is literally the extent of an ounce of "smokable" medical grade cannabis. It weighed out 1.5 grams of usable smoke out of an entire oz of product. What a waste of my precious cash again!Previous two purchases, the buds had so many seeds it was as bad as cartel dirt weed. I thought this sometimes happens but my last 4 trips have been nothing but resource waste. Shake, seeds, weigh outs not right. Smh.This used to be a top notch dispensary. Since changing locations.. the product has been poorer and the customer service has been meh at best with the less than stellar bud tenders I manage to pull.It is my opinion the "sale flower" is less cost effective in the end. All of it, Bold, Natural State, Osage Creek.. don't buy it. They sell you less than popcorn buds but call it a deal. It's not. My last "popcorn bud" sale was 8 Natural State Medicine 3.5 gram packages that weighed out an average 3.2 grams per package... not 3.5.Do that math, it's not in your favor. It's seedy, dry af and not what you paid for.I feel extremely cheated. Now, what am I supposed to do for medicine this month? I don't have extra cash just laying around and you probably don't either. I mean, I have 15 dollars in store credit but what's that? Less than a weeks worth of medicine. Just spend more elsewhere.

I love Purspirit. They have good, rotational sales. You can find fresher product on sale. You can find higher THC on sale. Their staff is friendly, their managers are on point and the director is great! Their new location is easy to navigate. I like all the dispensary's- but Purspirit is my go to and I usually save way more money than expected for quality medical. Keep up the good work Gates ;).

Was not the customer, so I can't speak to their product. I accompanied someone who was the purchaser, but I will speak to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The facility was clean, and the selection of items available is expansive.

Great people. But more importantly the prices are a bit steep on the whole, but the prices are getting better ($25-$30 quarters, $100-$130 ounce sales on flowers with 20% + thc). With Oklahoma raking in tons of money from Arkansas because ounces start at $30 and a nonresident medical marijuana card is only $100 a month there, it's good to see some price breaks intermittently but wish they were permanent. Considering the average cost to grow is $350 a lbs, and the retail cost is $2000-$4000 a lbs, it's pretty ridiculous for medicine, but hopefully the prices will continue to lower as more patients seek alternative relief. Good staff.

Great staff and service, but why are holidays used to promote sales? I have never heard of a pharmacy having a sale, or holiday sale on pharmaceuticals. It’s medical but marketed as if it were recreational. Why? Fluctuating the prices daily shows the profit, and it’s a bit frustrating. Find a medium price and be consistent with that price.

What a lovely experience! The staff was friendly and helpful from beginning to end of my first time there. Seemed very busy, but the flow was great and speedy! So many deals and specials! Highly recommend visiting!

I am still new to all of this and not to mention out of town. This place has it all!!! Their employees were the kindest people I met nearly my entire trip. They were extremely helpful even tried to help me save money by coming by another day for some of the products I was interested in. In MS we are still getting started so the pricing of our stuff is way higher and we only have flower, gummies and vapes. I was thrilled when I found out all I had to was get a out of state card. However like I said still I was nervous. Within seconds the employes made it such a joy I would love just to go back.

LOVE this place, and the beautiful souls that work there! They have the best deals too. Although, I really wish their point system was lower than 500 points before you get 5$ off. I dont shop anywhere else when it comes to my medicine there's always a variety to choose from and I appreciate that you get a chance to try flower that may not be affordable if you went to another shop like good day farm,natural state,and revolution to mention a few the online menu is convenient so you have a opportunity to catch a deal I would definitely like to see more oz deals from natural state and revolution the staff are friendly and very pleasant they dont rush you in out like herding cattle I've already got a few favorites Dakota, Autumn, and Allison I'm sure everyone else is wonderful stop by and tell them I said hello

PurSpirit has the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. They’re knowledgeable and have been a real big help to me as I’ve been learning the type and amount of meditation that works best with my body. And my body is in much less pains these days. And the location is especially easy for me to get in and out of.

Best dispensary in NW ARKANSAS. I drive a little farther but so worth it. If you haven't been there you are definitely missing out. The staff are absolutely fantastic and you are never rushed when you get your order. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I have gotten shorted on 2 separate occasions now and 3 different product the first time it was 1.9 instead of 3.5 pleasant experience getting it corrected the second time it was 3.3 on a $40/eight of primo, the 2nd was 2.9 on a$50 exotic, they wanted to do a 10$ credit on a $90 quarter that was .7 short then wanted to be rude about it and said this is the last time they would fix it, well don’t sell short product if you don’t want to fix it, go to Acanza they are cheaper and much better about the product I have never been shorted there and if I was I’m sure they’d give me the bud I paid for. Also this was weighed on 2 different scales same weight

Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I feel very welcome when I visit to get the items I need to help with my pain! The employees have a vast knowledge of all the products and always help me pick my next item by listening to my changing needs! Great place! Been going here 3 years!

Purespirit is hands down the best dispensary in Nortwest Arkansas. Their entire staff is amazing. They always take time to answer questions you may have and recommend a product similar to your order but is on sale. If you are looking for a great medical dispensary where I’ve never left disappointed, look no further.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have never led me astray! Always sell quality product. I have been a patient shopping here for three years now and have seen the prices drop drastically. They text me great offers and usually always have sales going in store that they don’t advertise online. Great local business to support! If you can of course.

I used to use this store a couple of years back, but then switch to another store just down the road as they regularly stocked one of the items that I'm most interested in. That store recently relocated to Eureka Springs and so I have moved back here. The staff is always super friendly, and the store is quite well kept!

Super friendly and helpful staff, you won't feel lost even if you're new to medical. They also offer a booklet so that you can track products, and offer pharmacological advice if you're concerned about your medications interacting poorly. Phenomenal!

Not really ADA friendly. I like the deals that they have, however, it's a nightmare from the time I park until I leave. There's little to no direction on how to enter the building, im expected to know what the beeps mean at the door? It's incredibly loud once inside, I can't speak loud enough to be heard. Then once taken back to purchase - it's best not to ask any questions, because you won't get any actual answers. There needs to be more information on strains and products in general, if that's not what the bud tenders are for. I dread going in every time.

Wonderful experience! Very knowledgeable staff! They certainly made this first timer comfortable. The lady that helped me admitted she didn't know too much about flower product yet as she had more experience with edibles! What she did do though was got 2 other ladies help by giving suggestions for what I needed. Let me say that they were right on the money!!! Will definitely be my go to dispensary!

The budtenders are knowledgeable about what products are best for your medical condition. I had no idea there are some that are best if you have MS, or bipolar disorder. I have both. They are so polite, professional & compassionate. They also have great daily deals which come to my email.

My son used to get me my MMJ but he passed away unexpectedly 2 months ago. So, for the FIRST time I have had to order myself I did it online. It was a great experience and the quality of the gummies, flower and cart that I purchased was very good quality. I look forward to my next visit.

It doesn't have the personable feel that the other two dispensaries in Fayetteville have. The one down the street knows me by name, preferences, familiar with personal ailments etc. Also they don't participate in the compassion care program. But.. they have nice sales and tend to have the biggest holiday discounts.

Pure Spirit has some good deals I drive quite a ways to get there but I'm very pleased and happy with your spirit the staff is very kind and helpful

It's a good place but it's Arkansas and they are super expensive like everywhere in Arkansas. I'd suggest getting an out-of-state temporary license in Oklahoma. Same cannabis but it only cost 25 an ounce. Yes you heard that correctly 25 an ounce.

I visited for the first time and was immediately told that I did not stand in front of the door correctly by the two security men up front. They were grouchy and rude for lack of a better word. I was not greeted or welcomed in but rather corrected for doing something that I didn’t know to do in the first place. The person who completed my order was friendly and gave me all kinds of great information. The store has awesome deals. However the first face you see is not a welcoming one.

The people! So friendly and helpful! This tiny dispensary serves a multitude of grateful patients. Tenders are more than happy to share personal experiences and make me happy I can shop here. Definitely a five star experience! And they will deliver for a small fee. 😇

I've been going here nearly since they opened and am STILL pleased with their Customer Care ability and their selection. They even have water bowls ready for Service Animals. It's very peaceful here even on busy days. Highly recommended for MMJl patients.

The facility is looks nice and is very well maintained. Their prices are too high(not in the good way!) Overall, I'd say the biggest issue with this dispensary as well as the others, is their lack of consistency! This is medicine people! There is no way a pharmacy could stay in business if they didn't offer the same medications every day! Why do, you dispensaries, think of yourselves any differently? Your patience need consistency and price, potency, and strains! Honestly, shame on you for allowing your patience to have anything less!

This is a small cannabis dispensary in a convenient location with friendly staff. Product selection is good and there is usually no big line waiting. They offer a few products in the lobby to support the lifestyle, several cookbook's. Daily specials! Go there early so you're in and out and traffic is not too heavy on MLK Jr. Avenue. They also offer pharmacist consults, I believe for a fee. ????

Worst dispensary I have ever entered. They can't keep their website updated, their customer protocol is horrendous, everyone working inside is grumpier than Scrooge himself - don't bother calling to verify if they have a specific product or not, because they'll tell you yes when they mean no and vice versa.Spare yourself the headache and go less than one minute down the road to Natural Root Wellness.

I wish their staff were more friendly. I have been here around 6 times now and the only pleasant interaction I had was my first budtender. Every other one seems to be extremely annoyed by any question I have or if I want to see a product before i buy it. I think they got used to online orders during the pandemic and are now annoyed by customer coming in store to place orders. Prices are extremely high for anyone who understands the costs involved to produce cannabis....

Extremely helpful staff, they help you find what will help you most with your medical needs - physical &/or psychological. Everyone is easy to approach and ask those questions that might sound 'stupid' - trust me, I ask lots of 'stupid questions' and sometimes haven't known to ask other questions- and *never* has anyone at Purspirit ever be anything but kind, thoughtful and thorough in making sure I understand the answer and am comfortable in my purchase. These things make ALL the difference to me. So much that I have not gone anywhere else for my medical cannabis purchases.

Every person there is so friendly and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable as I do not know much about utilizing their products, but am comfortable asking them even the simplest of questions. They have such a selection of all types of products, from flowers to chocolates, CBD to cookbooks!! I love that they have a pharmacist who can be spoken with regarding potential Interactions with other medications. Very clean, and secure. Protocol is clearly followed by all employees. Also much, much closer than the one in Bentonville, and they sell the same product (of those I've seen.) Photos aren't possible for security reasons.

Love the customer service! The line was long, but the wait was not too bad. Do you think we need more dispensaries? Maybe the legislature should spend time reforming the marijuana amendment instead of telling doctors and parents how to treat and raise children.

These people are nice but slow. You really start to wonder whether or not it's a HIPA violation or something of the sort to have your patients line up in front of your building so that everyone who passes by can see that you are a patient and waiting. Also the woman at the door seems a little controlling. I listened to her nit pick several things including a guy standing a foot further out than the woman wanted him to while waiting in line to go in. Overall a decent place with nice people working just extremely slow.

Professional and best price in town. Would like more consistent specials on flower but appreciate them when they do come around. The concentrate supply comes and goes.

I love this dispensary. I have been to a few others and, while most are VERY busy, the people here tend to really want to understand your needs. They don't rush you if you ask questions and I generally have at least a few. I tend to watch the line whenever I drive by and just swing in during their more quiet times. They do run some specials and I have found that, unless you want a sale item, it is best to avoid sale times due to the lines.

It's like Disney Land!!Or to be a little more detailed- The place is very clean and has a comfortable lay out. The staff is nice and knowledgable. The product is very good and they have some good deals. And everyone there is happy!

I would go here again just for the customer service. Lobby and employees harbor a much more welcoming environment than any of the rivals I've visited. Visit was quick despite there being at least a dozen people ahead of me. Look into sale days!

Cleanest dispensary I've been to. The staff are great and the product is top notch. All I was disappointed with was the price. While it's probably not the most expensive place out there, it is still a little pricey. But if dropping some hard cash for some good quality product is something you do I would highly recommend this place. Didnt even wait that long in line.

I absolutely loved my experience It was my first time going in to a dispensary as a patient and the team at Purspirit made it a very enjoyable experience they are also patients which I believe compliments their already vast knowledge. My bud tender Tyler was incredibly kind and helpful the anxiety I was feeling before I walked in was gone before I ever even left with my medication.

Over priced and the quality isn't there compared to street. Weed pirates, going to make the trip up to Releaf because they have much more reasonable prices. Need more competition.

Found out yesterday that I could get a 30 day guest pass for Arkansas (Missouri has been very slow to implement the program and thus far no dispensaries are open yet) and came here this morning to stock up. Totally blown away by everything. Selection, prices, customer service, security, etc. People standing in line before open said this is the best dispensary in Fayetteville and I believe it.

The staff is amazing and their selection of medicines is incredible. My card was issued 8 months ago, I have yet to shop at another dispensary in arkansas nor do I plan to do so
